We roast our beans in small batches at our Berlin roastery multiple times a week. Every bag is marked with a roast date to ensure you receive the freshest specialty coffee possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our fresh roasts worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves THE BARN.
Can I get my coffee beans ground?
To preserve the delicate aromas and flavor profiles of our specialty beans, we primarily sell whole beans. This ensures the highest quality cup when you grind just before brewing.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our support team immediately.
How should I store my coffee?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark, and dry place in its original packaging. Our bags feature a one-way valve and a resealable zipper to keep the beans protected from oxygen.
